Our Services
What We Do
Empowering Communities, Preserving Heritage
Reviving indigenous livestock breeds while empowering the people who protect them — creating sustainable livelihoods and preserving our rural heritage for generations to come. Together, we ensure that traditional wisdom, biodiversity, and cultural pride remain alive and thriving. We build sustainable livelihoods, conserving biodiversity, and keeping the heartbeat of our rural heritage strong for generations to come.
Core Areas Of Impact
Empowering Communities, Preserving Heritage

We work to identify, document, and preserve India’s diverse livestock gene pool — goats, sheep, cattle, and poultry — many of which are under threat due to genetic dilution and neglect.By collaborating with farmers, breeders, and scientific institutions, we promote pure breeding practices, encourage the rearing of climate-resilient native breeds, and restore the value of traditional animal husbandry systems in modern times.

Our programs design holistic, community-based livestock models that help small and marginal farmers — especially women and tribal households — build sustainable sources of income.
We integrate breed improvement, veterinary care, input provisioning, and market linkages so that livestock becomes the foundation of rural enterprise, improving economic stability and fostering dignity.

We conduct field-based studies on breed productivity, animal health, nutrition, and cost-effective rearing practices.
Our approach bridges traditional wisdom with scientific innovation, resulting in practical field manuals, knowledge kits, and scalable prototypes that can be replicated across diverse regions.

We provide hands-on, language-friendly training for rural livestock keepers, ensuring they have the skills and tools they need to succeed.
Through field demonstrations, paravet training, exposure visits, and knowledge-sharing sessions, we help farmers adopt modern, sustainable practices while honoring traditional heritage.

We work with government bodies, civil society groups, and research institutions to influence policies that integrate indigenous breeds into mainstream livestock development programs.
Our advocacy ensures that policies are inclusive, sustainable, and farmer-centric — creating long-term impact beyond our immediate projects.

Partnerships & Collaborations
Creating impact through shared vision and innovations.

Government Agencies
We actively work with Government departments such as Animal Husbandry, Rural Development, Tribal Affairs, and Agriculture to align our field initiatives with national priorities. These partnerships help us scale proven models, access critical resources, and bring policy-level visibility to the importance of indigenous breeds.

Academic Institutions
Our collaborations with academic and research institutions enable us to drive evidence-based innovation. We work closely with veterinary universities, breed conservation centers, and livestock research bodies to co-develop breed documentation, pilot studies, training modules, and field-based research. These knowledge partnerships ensure scientific integrity while keeping our interventions rooted in real-world impact.

NGOs & CBOs
We also engage with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and community-based organizations (CBOs) that have strong grassroots presence and community trust. These partnerships are vital in mobilizing beneficiaries, delivering last-mile services, and co-creating locally relevant solutions that can be sustained over time.

CSR Partnerships
Through our CSR partnerships, we work with forward-thinking companies who are committed to inclusive rural development and biodiversity conservation. By aligning our programs with their ESG and CSR goals, we implement high-impact, measurable projects that address both environmental and social dimensions.
